Terms of Service

By accessing the KyronX website, platform, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any separate order form, service agreement, or written terms that apply to your account. If separate written terms conflict with these terms, the separate written terms control for that engagement.

KyronX provides customer-acquisition and opportunity-management tools, CRM workflow, research, AI-assisted analysis, follow-up and activity tools, sales coaching, reporting, and related features. Product capabilities may change over time as the service evolves, and features identified as in development are not represented as generally available.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and ensuring that people using your account are authorized to do so. You may not use the service to violate law, impersonate others, interfere with the platform, obtain unauthorized access, distribute malware, or use data or communications in a manner that violates applicable privacy, marketing, anti-spam, telemarketing, intellectual-property, or other laws.

AI-generated responses, research summaries, rankings, recommendations, drafts, and other automated output can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. KyronX is designed to assist human decision-making, not replace professional judgment. You are responsible for reviewing important information and external actions before relying on or sending them.

Research features may use public web information or third-party services. Availability, accuracy, and freshness depend on the underlying sources. KyronX does not guarantee that every public source is complete, current, or error-free.

If you use KyronX to prepare or support outreach, you are responsible for ensuring that your communications, calling, email, SMS, social outreach, and contact practices comply with the laws and platform rules that apply to you. KyronX does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that a particular outreach strategy is legally permitted.

Fees, billing cadence, cancellation terms, and any usage limits are governed by the pricing or written agreement accepted for the applicable service. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees already earned or incurred are non-refundable.

You retain ownership of information you lawfully provide to KyronX. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and use that information to provide and secure the service. KyronX and its licensors retain ownership of the platform, software, designs, systems, documentation, and other proprietary materials, excluding customer data and third-party content.

We work to keep KyronX available and reliable, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, internet failures, security events, feature changes, or circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

KyronX does not guarantee a specific number of leads, appointments, closed deals, revenue, response rate, ranking outcome, or other business result. Results depend on factors including your market, offer, data, sales process, team execution, and conditions outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that are not expressly stated in a signed agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KyronX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Any limitation stated in a separate signed agreement will control where applicable.

We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security, abuse, nonpayment, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms. Either party may end a paid engagement according to the cancellation or termination terms in the applicable agreement.

We may update these terms as the service or applicable law changes. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
