AI & Data Notice

KyronX uses AI to help summarize and reason about workspace information, research public information, draft content, prioritize opportunities, analyze activity, answer general questions, and assist with other requested tasks. Different features may use different model or search providers.

Depending on the feature, KyronX may send the user’s prompt together with relevant record fields, conversation history, page context, uploaded files, public research context, or other information needed to complete the request. The system is designed to use context that is relevant to the task rather than indiscriminately sending the entire workspace.

When a task requires current public information, KyronX may use web-search or research services. Public sources can change or conflict, and some providers may not expose complete source metadata. Users should verify important facts before relying on them.

AI output can be wrong. KyronX is designed to separate reasoning from sensitive execution and may require confirmation before certain record changes or external actions. Users remain responsible for reviewing important decisions, communications, and legal or financial implications.

Do not provide passwords, authentication secrets, payment card details, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information unless a feature specifically requires it and is designed to handle it. Users are responsible for having the right to process customer, prospect, employee, or other third-party information they place into KyronX.
